September 10, 2007 General Meeting Belden Hill Golf Course 13 Attendees Meeting called to order by Joel Munson at 7:15 pm Joel welcomed everyone to the meeting and then introduced the Officers and Board of Directors. Joel felt that the section of trails should be renamed and called them Northwest, West and North. Sandy Chapin gave the history of the club, where the club is today and the plans for the future. As well as informing the attendees of the plans to have a 10-15 minute portion of every meeting dedicated to a topic that is time related to snowmobiling. Joel stated that his ears are open and that people should feel free to come to him if there is a problem. Barb Hendrickson read the treasures report: Ending balance 4535.53 after 1163.18 in paid outs and 461 in deposits. Joel thanked the people that helped with the Super Celebration. He announced that the club currently has no outstanding debts and that we are waiting on the 70% money from state. Joel talked about the need for a groomer and we don’t have a person to loan us money or that they have not found the right piece of equipment yet. Joel asked Barb for the 2007-2008 membership count and it was 6. Bryan LaClair stated that he could get a bulldozer for $285 a day for the weekend rate. Scott Phelps section – the town is to help out by putting a pipe in. Joel stated that the North end has landowner issues. Joel stated that it is tough getting people to work and would like to see us have a cook out after a work party. Joel would like the trail captains to have work weekends on the 2nd weekend of the months of October, November and December. Joel again discussed why we need a groomer. Joel discussed information on bridge foundations that he learned on a trip to Batavia. Joel also mentioned that there is logo merchandise available to purchase. Sandy needs someone to take over the Logo Merchandise. Gary Hendrickson stated that he has information on an enclosed trailer that we could do for a raffle. It was voted on to do a raffle at 10.00 a ticket and do 1000 tickets. Joel mentioned that we need bridge material donated, frames, fuel and oil for groomers, culverts, or I-beams.
