Meeting called to order by Joel at 7:15

Welcome speech given by Joel Munson.

We had a moment of silence to remember those lost in 9/11.

Joel briefed everyone on the “new” Trail ideas for 2006-2007. Red Barrel – 369 to Chenango Forks and a trail to PA.

Joel introduced the BOD and Trail Coordinators.

Current fundraisers that we have are memberships, maps ($5.00 each) and logo merchandise. We also have raffle tickets to sell for NYSSA at $5.00 each and we keep $2.50 of that money.

Joel gave a recap of how the Grant-in-Aid program works and how we get the reimbursement money.

Joel stated that we are still looking for a utility sled.

Barb Hendrickson read the treasurer’s report and Sandy Chapin read the minutes from the last meeting.

Joel asked for volunteers for the AMA race in October for scoring from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Ridge Riders and BC Sno-Riders have posters at the county and DMV for membership signups.

Gary Hendrickson won the 50/50 in the amount of $17.50 and donated it back.
