General Meeting

Belden Hill Golf Course

October 9^th

Joel called the meeting to order at 7:20 pm

There was a work party sign up sheet that was passed around for volunteers.

The total amount that we have to worked to apply towards the Grant in Aide money is at #3,368 as of 10/07/2006.

Joel introduced the Board of Directors and the officers.

Announced that the next BOD meeting would be in 2 weeks at the Belden Hill Golf Course at 6:00pm. And was open for all to attend.

Joel announced that the BOD authorized $1,100 for bridge materials.

Joel solicited the attendees for material donations.

Joel stated that in order to vote for anything at a General Meeting you had to be an current member. Prior to the meeting there were 67 members. Joel stated that if any one was interested in joining the BC Sno-Riders they should see Barb Hendrickson. For Logo Merchandise and maps they should see Danielle Smith.

Joel went over the State Raffle tickets and that if any one wanted to purchase or sell tickets that they should see Barb Hendrickson.

We reviewed with the attendees that the primary method of contact is the Internet through Email. If any one would prefer a phone call just let one of Officers or BOD know.

Joel read treasurers Report. See attached. Motion by Dick Knapp to accept report as read Bob Blakesly seconded it and it was passed unanimously. Joel read secretary’s report Barb made a motion to accept them as read, Bryan LaClair seconded it and they were accepted as read.

Joel then asked the attendees to break up into smaller groups to discuss the annual fundraiser, grooming and trail work.

Dick Knapp won the 50/50 and donated the $22 back to the club.
