June 2007 Belden Hill Golf Course BOD Meeting Sandy made a motion to spend $950.00 + tax on signs thru NYSSA. Seconded by Barb and approved. Sandy made a motion to have all meetings at Belden Hill Golf Course on the second Monday of the Month at 7:00 pm. Seconded by Barb and carried Unanimously. Next meeting will be September 10, 2007. Financial report is that there is close to $5,000 in the account. Discussed different trail options. Discussed different groomer options. Fourth of July Celebration - Michelle Norton to head the event. People available to work the event - Sandy (yes), Joel (no), Gary and Barb (maybe), Gary and Tammy (yes), Dave and Michelle (yes), Nancy and Scott (maybe), Suzanne and Dennis (maybe). Sandy made a motion to have a booth at the Super Celebration event in the Town of Colesville and spend $100.00 on supplies. Gary second it and it passed unanimously. Next week there will be a fund raiser meeting at the golf course headed by Michelle. Next BOD meeting to be held Aug 16th, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the Golf Course. Meeting Adjourned |
