General Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:15 by Joel Munson

Sandy Chapin read the minutes from January meeting. Mike Blanche motioned to accept the minutes as read Dave Norton seconded it and they were accepted unanimously.

Barb Hendrickson read the Treasurer’s report; Sandy made a motion to accept the report as read, Bob Blakesley seconded them and they were accepted unanimously.

Joel reviewed the Club schedule and stated that we now have 39 miles to groom and maintain.

Sandy reviewed the status of the East Side.

Joel discussed the groomers that we seen at the Grooming seminar held in Salisbury. Joel also reviewed the current grooming policy.

Gary Hendrickson reviewed the current supplies and stated that the Hess Mart in Santaria Springs gave us a gas card. Two other gas cards were purchased for the groomers.

Barb Hendrickson stated that the Fund Raiser (annual party) brought in $1,100.

The NYSSA forum was reviewed and stated that any interested parties please contact Barb or Joel to sign up.

Grooming will begin as soon as the snow starts to fall.

New trail options were discussed. – Greene/Triangle.

Next meeting to be held at Hitchin Post March 12, 2007 at 7PM.

50/50 was won by Guy Parks and donated back.

The Belden Hill Golf Course donated pizza.
