A motion was made by Mike Blanche that we go ahead with a small loan, it was second by Ron Knox and the motion was carried unanimously. Joel provided the grooming equipment status update. Joel opened the floor for New Business. His largest concern at this time is the Annual Party in February. He would like someone to stand up and chair the party. He asked people to stay after and assist with the organization of the party. Joel also mentioned that the gentleman that distributed our maps is no longer doing that job and would like someone to take over where he left off. He has already placed several maps in various locations. Someone asked when the signs would be in – response was that it normally takes a week for them to come in and we should have them late this week or early part of next week. 50/050 raffle was drawn Ron Knox won it and donated his winnings back; $34.00. Sandy made a motion made to purchase 100 post from Taylor brothers at 89cents each or less, Dave second it and it was carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm |
